McAllen TX- Workforce Solutions (WFS) is excited to announce the biggest job fair of the year - Hiring Red, White, and You! This annual event is hosted in partnership with the Governor's Office, Texas Veterans Commission, Texas Workforce Commission, and Texas Medical Center. The job fair focuses on celebrating our veterans and is the perfect opportunity for participants to meet and network with over 100 employers to take the next step in their career.

But that is not all – this year, Hiring Red, White, and You! is also offering FREE professional headshot services to attendees, so we encourage everyone to dress professionally and get some photos done to update their curriculums. Additionally, guests can take advantage of a FREE haircut or partake in FREE health screenings to ensure they are in tip-top shape for their next job interview.

According to the National Center for Veterans Analysis and Statistics, approximately 23,000 veterans reside in Hidalgo, Willacy, and Starr Counties.
