Youth Services

E3 Youth Program

Workforce Solutions knows what tools you need to get a job, keep a job, or find a better job. Assistance with job search, work, and educational expenses are available for those who qualify.

The E3 Youth Program provides youth with access to the support, information, and learning opportunities needed to succeed in today’s economy.

If you’re between the ages of 16-24 and:
- In need of money
- Interested in a paid internship
- Interested in upgrading your job skills

We can help you!

E3 means Empower - Educate - Employ

Empower: Youth Career Counselors and Facilitators empower Youth to discover career paths based on their interests and help address barriers by providing resources in the form of support services, labor market information, mentoring, and referrals to community partner agencies.

Educate: Through the Job Readiness Curriculum, Youth learn the importance of soft skills, financial literacy, community engagement, and options for employment and post-secondary education.

Employ: Youth are placed at job sites based on their interests to gain valuable work experience while earning an income and reinforcing the soft skills learned from the Job Readiness Curriculum.
