Transition Coalition members convene on a quarterly basis to network and share information for the purpose of increasing collaboration and developing solutions for transition barriers experienced by people with disabilities.  

Vision:

To be the driving force for disability advocacy and awareness, and promote advancement of disability inclusion at educational, community, and work settings in the Rio Grande Valley. 

Mission:

To lead the change that supports the social integration of individuals with disabilities.

Purpose:

Convene disability advocates from the Rio Grande Valley to increase collaboration, and leverage resources, and expertise to create a systemic change toward inclusion.
