Job Description:
The Inbound Customer Service Representative will be responsible for all customer
inquiries and questions, will provide excellent customer service at all times, follow
up on customer inquiries by taking specific action in a timely manner, and
troubleshoot equipment and system problems.
Must have two (2) forms of I.D.
Employer will conduct a background check and drug tests.
Candidates must pass assessment given by employer prior to being hired.
