Job Description:
The Poultry Processor rotates positions as needed to include cutting shoulders, breasts, wings;pulling skin; using a saw; loading product; tray packing and any other position in debone.
Works efficiently in our chicken processing and debone operation, adapts to the needs of a food processing organization, and other duties as assigned.
