Job Descriptions: Call Center / Customer Service Representative - Answer general, inbound, customer service calls for individuals seeking to obtain government benefits. Responds to customer phone inquiries in a prompt, courteous and concise manner. Provides callers with an unbiased information to assist customers with application and eligibility requirements. Answers customer questions and assists in problem resolution.
Requirements:
A High School Diploma/High School Equivalency Certicate is required.
One year experience in customer service required.
