Call Customer Service at 1-866-960-6496 if you are a parent and:

• You need to activate your card
• You have forgotten your pin
• You need to report an absence
• You need other card related help

Call the help desk line at 1-866-320-8720 if you are a provider and have problems with the Child Care Services Point of Service device (CCS POS).
