Workforce Solutions Boards Host Workforce Development Ecosystem Conference to Discuss Future Opportunities

HARLINGEN – Earlier today, the Workforce Solutions Lower Rio Grande Valley and Workforce Solutions Cameron Workforce Development Boards hosted the Workforce Development Ecosystem Conference in Harlingen. The event brought together key stakeholders from education and economic development to discuss strategies for creating the future workforce of the Rio Grande Valley.

The conference, themed “Building the Workforce of Tomorrow,” highlighted the importance of enhancing the skilled worker pipeline to support regional economic growth. The event also featured several guest speakers and discussion panels. Among those who addressed attendees included keynote speaker TWC Chairman Bryan Daniel, Chief Executive Officer of Workforce Solutions Lower Rio Grande Valley Francisco Almaraz, and Executive Director of Workforce Solutions Cameron Rafael Vela.
