McAllen, TEXAS — Workforce Solutions Lower Rio has been awarded a $262,944 grant from the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) to enhance workforce skills and deliver industry-specific training for employees of Lone Star National Bank across all branch locations in the Rio Grande Valley (RGV) and San Antonio, Texas.

The grant, awarded through TWC’s Skills Development Fund, will support tailored training programs designed to equip Lone Star National Bank staff with advanced skills in areas such as financial services operations, customer service excellence, cybersecurity awareness, and regulatory compliance. Training will be conducted in partnership with local educational institutions and professional trainers, benefiting employees at all levels.
